Teresa Elizabeth Biggs

CUMBERLAND- Teresa Elizabeth Biggs, 53, of Cumberland, went to be with the Lord on May 25, 2020 at the University of Maryland Medical Center, following complications after surgery on her heart.

Born June 7, 1966 in Dover Delaware, she was the daughter of Shirley D. Perez and the late James E. Cook. 

Teresa was a member of LaVale Baptist Church.  She was a homemaker and a loving mother to her children and her family. 

Surviving in addition to her mother, are her brothers Mike Moran and wife Mary of LaVale, James Moran, and Scott W. Cook and wife Sadra both of Delaware; two sons Shaun Ruch of Vermont and Shayne Ruch of New Hampshire; special nephews Mike R. Moran Jr. of Delaware and Matt D. Moran of Florida; numerous other nieces, nephews and family. 

A private celebration of life will be conducted at LaVale Baptist Church at a later date with Pastor James Jeffries officiating.
