Ruth Ann Holloway

HAVER DE GRACE MD-Ruth Ann Holloway, 73, formerly of Centerville Pa, passed on to be with our Lord on Friday April 2, 2021 at the University of Maryland-Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, Maryland.

Born on January 22, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Georgie Miller. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard Holloway; brothers: Junior Miller and Harold Miller; and sister: Elizabeth Vivell.

Ruth was born in Bedford County, Pennsylvania and raised her family in Hartford County, Maryland. She loved to listen to and dance with her husband to old time rock and roll artists, such as Elvis Presley, Bobby Vinton, and Bill Haley and His Comets. In her later years, she enjoyed spending time with family and her grandchildren, as well as several types of crafting.

Ruth trusted Jesus as her Lord and Savior on April 2, 1989.

Surviving are her children: Scott and wife Mary, William and wife Heather, Tommy and wife Lora, and Anthony and wife Katie Holloway; brothers: Thomas Miller and Victor Miller. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Graveside service will be conducted on Thursday April 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Union Cemetery in Centerville, Pennsylvania.
