Brandi Renee Tovirac-Miller

CUMBERLAND- Brandi Renee Tovirac-Miller, 39, of Cumberland, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, on Monday June 14, 2021 at UPMC Western Maryland.

Born November 3, 1981 in Washington D.C. she was the daughter of Joan Tovirac and the late Cesar Hernandez.  She was also preceded in death by Virginia Athey, David Athey, George and Diane Morgan and Emmett Wiseman.

Brandi enjoyed reading, coloring, and playing video games.  She was a lovable person and everyone wanted to spend time her.  Above all she loved spending time with her friends and family. 

Surviving in addition to her mother is her husband David W. Miller, Jr., her brother Mik Tovirac; in-laws David W. Miller Sr. and wife Nancy, Sandy Crosten and husband Donald, and Donald Miller and wife Elaine; her cousin and best friend Stephanie Wiseman and husband Mark; nieces Sophia, Emmie, Kaylee, and Zoe; sisters-in-laws Melinda K. Snyder, Renee Miller and Nikkie Tovirac; brother-in- law Derick W. Miller; nephews Landen, Abram, Cason, and Holden; and many other aunts, uncles, relatives and special friends. 

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in memory of Brandi may be made to a cancer related charity of their choice.
